Amy Croft - LCPC, CSAT, CCBRT
Amy specializes in treating adult individuals with intimacy disorders particularly in the areas of sex and love addiction, partners/spouses/families, as well as singles struggling to maintain or re-establish personal integrity and self-respect.
Amy received her masters in counseling from Trinity International University and has undergone intense training through International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals (IITAP) to become a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and advanced training to become a (CCBRT) Certified Couples Betrayal Recovery Therapist. She is also on the clinical staff of Bethesda Workshops in Nashville, TN and acts as a primary facilitator for their four-day intensive working primarily with women who struggle with sex and love addiction.
In addition to her CSAT, CCBRT certifications, Amy has training around sexual addiction recovery from the American Association of Christian Counselors and is certified in EMDR therapy. Amy has treatment specialties and competencies in multiple areas, including:

Amy believes everyone needs a team and that therapy is only a part of health and healing. She explores the physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual and is a strong advocate for 12 Step Recovery, which focuses on healthy and unhealthy attachments, understanding and owning emotions, evaluating and revising ineffective communication patterns, and facing childhood trauma with gentleness, courage, and compassion.
