HELP HER HEAL (Mens Class)

Focus :

To provide men recovering from sex addiction or other forms of infidelity/betrayal practical ways to support their spouse in her healing from betrayal trauma.  The core objective will be learning and communicating empathy, with which many addicts struggle. Skills learned and practiced will include : active listening, supportive dialogue, naming/claiming feelings and mistakes, identifying/reducing shame, de-escalating anger/reactivity, and establishing healthy communication/problem solving.

  • 6-week commitment - Accepting applications for October 2025
