Intensive Overview

This intensive will focus on healing the emotional wounds underneath compulsive disorders to allow for a deeper recovery foundation. Many treatments focus on achieving abstinence or sobriety, but the underlying trauma and emotional activation often remain. This intensive is designed to go beyond the surface-level and explore core wounds that drive codependency, addiction and compulsive cycles. This intensive will offer participants the following :

  • In-depth psycho-education on addiction, trauma, emotional healing.

  • Trauma processing to uncover and heal the imprints of past experiences that keep individuals stuck.

  • Group-oriented support to provide safety and connection with others on a similar journey.

  • Opportunities for self-expansion to reconnect with true self in a supportive environment.

Through this powerful group experience, participants will have the opportunity to begin deeper healing from their past, laying the foundation for lasting recovery and emotional freedom.

Intensive Topics

  • The neuroscience behind compulsion, emotions and trauma

  • The addictive cycle and its connection to our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems

  • Sharing our trauma history and narrative

  • Understanding trauma's impact from a physical/emotional/spiritual perspective

  • How addictive behaviors build and support each other

  • How trauma creates intimacy deficits and why deep healing requires community

  • What is Complex Trauma and how it has affected us

  • Creating a future vision for self

Intensive Therapeutic Approaches

Psycho-drama :

Discover how going beyond traditional "talk" therapy leads to deeper connection with part of self and encourages spontaneity and creativity with the recovery process. Gain new perspectives, release emotional blockages, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Somatic therapy :

Investigate how trauma manifests in the body, using body-based practices to understand the role of secure attachment and how addiction forms in the absence of secure emotional connections.

Psycho-education :

Expand knowledge about compulsion, including understanding how compartmentalization affects psychological well-being.

Group Process and Connection :

Engage in a group-oriented experience that provides emotional connection, real-time feedback, and ample opportunities for fostering insight into your authentic self.

This intensive will allow participants to fully immerse themselves in the process to experience increased levels of growth and transformation. Participants will receive the equivalent of months of individual therapy within a 3 day period.

 Intensive Schedule and Cost

Daily Schedule : 

Thursday : 9am-6pm  

Friday : 9am-5pm

Saturday : 9am-5pm

Each Intensive takes place over 3 days. The cost is $2500 and includes all books, materials, intake assessments and consultation with a referring therapist.  Lunch will be provided in addition to snack/beverages throughout.

This Intensive will be limited to 6 participants to maximize the impact and allow for extensive individual time and experience.  

Flight, car and hotel recommendations will be provided by request.
