Eric Connor - LCPC, CSAT-S, CMAT

Licensed in Illinois and Florida

Eric is a LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), a CSAT-S (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist/Supervisor), and CMAT (Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist) trained directly under Patrick Carnes and the International Institute for Trauma & Additional Professionals (IITAP).  Eric is also trained in EDMR therapy and has significant experience around trauma resolution and other compulsive behaviors. He uses modern technology and evidence-based approaches to facilitate healing and growth. Eric obtained his Master's in Counseling from National-Louis University. Eric also has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and spent the first part of his career as a consultant and project manager for various companies.

Eric believes that our brains and emotional selves will always seek healing and growth given the opportunity.  The more we discover how this happens, the more effective and efficient therapy can be.  He is a frequent speaker on the topics of shame, codependency and addiction.
